Our mission is to journey together towards better livelihoods

Makan&Shine started with a personal calling to help the less privileged to get better jobs. We believe there is dignity in working.

Good jobs allow families to plan for the future and make their own dignified decisions about housing, food, education, and healthcare. Jobs lay a foundation for generational change.

We were nurtured through the Alliance for Action for Lower Wage Workers in 2021 which brings together the Government, Trade Unions, Employers and Change-makers in Singapore.
